Ingredients/Components

  • hot water - 1/2 c
  • plain gelatin - 1 pkg
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1/2 c
  • diced celery
  • pickle relish - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined - 2 c

How to make shrimp mold:

Heat soup, but do not boil. Mix gelatin in hot water, add to soup. Place cream cheese in bowl and add soup mixture. Beat until smooth and let cool. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart mold. Chill until set. Serve with crackers.
