Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 3/4 c
- cooked, shelled shrimp
How to make shrimp casserole:
Saute onion and margarine in big pot. Put the remaining ingredients in pot and mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
