Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- dried parsley - 2 Tbsp
- shrimp - 2 lb
- can crabmeat - 1 item
- Tabasco - 1 tsp
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- Tony Chachere seasoning - 1 Tbsp
How to make shrimp casserole:
Saute vegetables in butter. Add shrimp to vegetables. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix soups, water and seasonings. Mix vegetables, shrimp and crab with soup base and other ingredients. Pour over rice bed. Cook covered at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
