Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cooked rice - 4 c
- eggs, beaten lightly - 3 item
- uncooked shrimp fresh or frozen
How to make shrimp and rice casserole:
Shell, devein and wash shrimp. Cut in chunks. Combine with remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until firm. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Shrimp.
