Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese
- cup milk - 1/4 item
- 1/2 cups shredded cheese - 1 item
- ground sausage or ground pork - 1 lb
- pkg refrigerator crescent rolls - 1 (8
- cup frozen hashbrowns thawed - 1 item
How to make breakfast pizza:
Brown meat in a skillet and drain.Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place with points towards center in pizza pan. Press triangles until perforations are sealed. Make a rim around edges to hold filling.
Beat milk and eggs together. Sprinkle cooked and drained meat onto crust. Sprinkle hashbrowns over meat. Pour milk and egg mixture over meat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and fillings are cooked.
