  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • Velveeta cheese - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Durkee fried onions - 1 item
  • bag carrots, peeled and sliced - 1 item

How to make carrot casserole:

Cook carrots (about a package). Melt butter; stir in flour. Add the milk and let thicken. Add cheese, salt and pepper; stir until melted. Put carrots in casserole dish. Pour white sauce over carrots. Sprinkle onions on top. Bake in 350° oven for 1/2 hour or until onions are crispy.
