Ingredients/Components
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 6 tsp
- salt
- shortening - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 c
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
How to make shortcake:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in shortening. Add milk last. Press in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Grains, Pasta, rice and grains.
