Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- hot water - 1 c
- blueberries - 2 c
- melted shortening - 3 Tbsp
How to make blueberry pudding cake:
Put blueberries in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, melted shortening, 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Spread over berries. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and water. Pour over mix.
