Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
- crabmeat - 12 oz
- shrimp - 1 lb
- scallops - 1 lb
- Old Bay seasoning - 2 tsp
- potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- large can V-8 juice - 1 item
- codfish - 1 lb
- okra, in 1/2-inch slices - 10 oz
How to make seafood stew:
Cook onion, celery and potatoes in V-8 juice until potatoes are done. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Add shrimp, scallops and fish. Cook 5 minutes. Add okra and crab for 5 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Stew, Bass.
