Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 7 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • crabmeat - 1/2 lb
  • shrimp - 1/2 lb
  • scallops - 1/2 lb
  • cooking sherry - 10 Tbsp
  • shallots - 1 Tbsp

How to make seafood bisque:

Saute seafood and shallots in 4 tablespoons butter for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons sherry, salt and pepper. In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add flour and stir. Add milk and remaining sherry. Stir constantly until thickened. Put in casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 400°.
