Seafood bisque
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 7 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- crabmeat - 1/2 lb
- shrimp - 1/2 lb
- scallops - 1/2 lb
- cooking sherry - 10 Tbsp
- shallots - 1 Tbsp
How to make seafood bisque:
Saute seafood and shallots in 4 tablespoons butter for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 6 tablespoons sherry, salt and pepper. In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add flour and stir. Add milk and remaining sherry. Stir constantly until thickened. Put in casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
