Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- instant chicken bouillon granules - 1/4 tsp
- can tomatoes, cut up - 1 oz
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can minced clams - 1 1/2
- perch fillets - 1/2 lb
- can shrimp, rinsed and drained - 1 1/2
How to make seafood stew:
Thaw fillets. Skin and cut into bite size pieces.In 2 1/2-quart casserole, stir together okra, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, perch fillets, onion, green pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, bouillon, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Microwave on High for 10 to 13 minutes or until fish flakes and vegetables are tender. Stir twice.
Stir in clams and shrimp. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Let mixture stand, covered, for 3 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
