Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- mayonnaise
- chopped green onion - 1/4 c
- shrimp - 3 c
- loaf sandwich bread - 1 item
How to make seafood salad:
Trim crusts from bread. Butter each slice and cut into strips. Toss bread, green onions and chopped, hard-boiled eggs together and refrigerate overnight.Before serving, add the shrimp, celery, mayonnaise and sour cream and toss together.
