Garden vegetable pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped pepper - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
- fresh broccoli or 10 oz - 2 c
- cubes of ham may be added - 1 item
How to make garden vegetable pie:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10-inch oblong pan or same size pie pan. Heat broccoli to boiling. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Drain. Mix broccoli, onion, pepper and cheese in pan. Beat other ingredients until smooth. Pour in pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
