Seafood bisque
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of asparagus soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk whole - 2 c
- cream - 2 c
- shrimp, crab, scallops, lobster use 2 or more seafoods - 1 pt
- dash of Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
How to make seafood bisque:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add to onion mixture two or more fresh seafoods (shrimp, crab, scallops or lobster). Mix soup, milk and seasonings together; add to seafood. Heat, but do not boil.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Bisques/cream soups.
