Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 tsp
- onion flakes - 1 item
- shredded cheese to taste - 1 item
- egg for each person - 1 item
- cottage cheese for each egg - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper, dill weed and parsley to taste - 1 item
How to make scrambled eggs:
Melt butter in skillet. Beat eggs with a whisk and put in pan. Sprinkle with onion flakes, pepper, dill weed and parsley; stir into eggs. Add 1 tablespoon cottage cheese and stir again. Put shredded cheese (Cheddar) on top; cook until the cheese melts.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Breakfast.
