- butter - 1 lb
How to make scotch shortbread:
Cream butter and sugar; mix in flour on slow speed. Put in pan (2 x 10 x 14-inch). Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Score in pan before baking. Sprinkle sugar on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
