- sugar - 1/4 c
- flour - 2-1/2 c
- butter not margarine, slightly soft - 3/4 c
How to make scotch shortbread:
Place all ingredients on a clean counter and knead ingredients with your hands, just until dough sticks together. Then knead 10 more times. Place in jelly roll type pan. Prick surface with a fork.
