- sticks butter or margarine - 2 item
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- flour
How to make scotch shortbread:
Pat out in bottom of cake pan and prick with fork 1-inch apart. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar and cut while hot.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
