  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • flour

How to make scotch shortbread:

Pat out in bottom of cake pan and prick with fork 1-inch apart. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar and cut while hot.
