Ingredients/Components
- plain bread crumbs - 1 item
- boiled eggs, shelled - 6 item
- breakfast sausage Jimmy Dean is my favorite - 1 pkg
How to make scotch eggs:
Hard-boil the eggs and shell. Pat the uncooked sausage around to whole egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in oven at 425° until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes (can deep fry also). Better than deviled eggs!!!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Beef, Pork.
