Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- sweetened condensed milk - 15 oz
- can natural pumpkin - 16 oz
- Line bottom and sides of a 9 x 11-inch pan with waxed paper
How to make pumpkin crisp:
Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottom and sides of a 9 x 11-inch pan with waxed paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and eggs; pour into pan. Pour dry cake mix over mixture. Top with nuts and cooled margarine. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Invert on tray.Frosting:8 oz. softened cream cheese1/2 c. powdered sugar3/4 c.
