  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 c
  • Cool Whip - 3/4 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • sweetened condensed milk - 15 oz
  • can natural pumpkin - 16 oz
  • Line bottom and sides of a 9 x 11-inch pan with waxed paper

How to make pumpkin crisp:

Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottom and sides of a 9 x 11-inch pan with waxed paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and eggs; pour into pan. Pour dry cake mix over mixture. Top with nuts and cooled margarine. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Invert on tray.Frosting:8 oz. softened cream cheese1/2 c. powdered sugar3/4 c. Cool Whip Combine ingredients and frost cooled cake.
