- boiled potatoes, diced - 1 qt
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- Cheez Whiz
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Heat mushroom soup, milk and Cheez Whiz just enough to melt cheese. Pour over potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
