Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- can mushroom pieces, drained - 1 oz
- jar pimentos - 1 oz
- buttery cheese crackers, crushed - 15 item
How to make macaroni and cheese casserole:
Combine macaroni, cheese, mushrooms, mushroom soup, pimentos, mayonnaise, milk and onions. Top with crushed crackers and melted butter. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
