Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- can tomato soup undiluted - 1 item
- carrots, cooked and sliced in circles - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Mix carrots, pepper and onion. Set aside. Bring to a boil rest of ingredients. Cool and add to carrot mixture. Refrigerate overnight before serving so flavors can meld. Keeps in refrigerator indefinitely.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
