  • fresh cranberries - 1 lb
  • coarsely chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make cranberry crunch:

Put berries and sugar in a covered casserole; bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir well; add marmalade, nuts and ginger. Store in refrigerator.
