- orange marmalade - 1 (12
- powdered ginger - 1/2 tsp
- fresh cranberries - 1 lb
- coarsely chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make cranberry crunch:
Put berries and sugar in a covered casserole; bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir well; add marmalade, nuts and ginger. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
