How to make scalloped potatoes:

Slice potatoes. Layer a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle flour, cheese, salt, pepper, seasoned salt and garlic salt. Cut butter in 1/4-inch pieces. Sprinkle butter on the potatoes. Repeat the layers, but let the last layer be cheese. Add milk until halfway full, then fill the rest up with water until water is under cheese. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
