Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes, peeled and sliced - 8 item
- medium onion, peeled, sliced and rings divided - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Cook potatoes and onion in slightly salted water until barely done and drain. Mix milk with soup. Layer potatoes with cheese in a butter greased casserole. Pour soup mixture over this and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
