Ingredients/Components
- milk
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sausage, drained
- box seasoned croutons check for brand with the least amount of sodium - 1 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Mix cream of mushroom soup, eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Spread croutons on the bottom, then spread drained sausage on top. Add mixture from bowl on top. Refrigerate overnight. Top with grated cheese and bake for 1 hour at 325°. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
