Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- medium potatoes - 4 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel and slice 4 medium potatoes. Arrange in 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle with flour, salt and onions. Pour on milk and dot with butter. Cover with glass lid or Handi-Wrap. Microwave on High, 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. If necessary to reheat, cover and put on Reheat 3 to 4 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
