- potatoes with skin, thinly sliced - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Alternate in casserole layers of thinly sliced potatoes with skin, chopped green pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix mushroom soup with milk and pour over potatoes. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
