Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten well - 2 item
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- instant rice - 1 c
- cream-style corn - 1 c
- dash of Tabasco optional - 1 item
- whole white corn, drained Pride of Illinois, Shoe Peg - 1 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix up the night before needed and put in refrigerator. Take out and put in cold oven. Turn oven to 325° and bake for 15 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
