Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- reserved pineapple juice - 3/4 c
- can crushed pineapple reserve juice - 1 oz
- dry bread, torn in small pieces - 4 c
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Moisten bread crumbs with pineapple juice. Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Combine with drained pineapple. Fold mixture into bread crumbs. Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes to 1 hour or until golden. Great with ham.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
