  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • finely crushed saltine crackers - 1 c

How to make scalloped corn:

Mix all ingredients (except butter and 1/2 of saltines) and pour into well-greased baking dish. Combine 1/2 saltines and butter (melted); sprinkle evenly over casserole of corn mixture. Bake uncovered about 40 minutes until nicely brown. When removed from oven, sprinkle lightly over top with paprika.
