Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- finely crushed saltine crackers - 1 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix all ingredients (except butter and 1/2 of saltines) and pour into well-greased baking dish. Combine 1/2 saltines and butter (melted); sprinkle evenly over casserole of corn mixture. Bake uncovered about 40 minutes until nicely brown. When removed from oven, sprinkle lightly over top with paprika.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
