Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- frozen corn - 2 qt
How to make baked corn:
Add frozen corn to food processor along with other ingredients. Blend, leaving a few whole corn kernels. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12 to 16.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
