Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
How to make scalloped corn:
Melt butter. Add onions and saute until golden. Add corn, milk, crumbs, eggs and a little salt and pepper. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
