Asparagus souffle
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- small cans asparagus tips - 2 item
- pimento, cut up - 1 item
- 1/4-inch cubes Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make asparagus souffle:
Mix everything together except butter. Pour into greased loaf size pan. Add cracker or bread crumbs to top and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Main dish.
