- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- pimento - 1/8 tsp
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
How to make scalloped corn:
Put corn in buttered baking dish. Combine eggs, crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and pimento. Pour over corn; dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
