  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • pimento - 1/8 tsp
  • can creamed corn - 1 oz

How to make scalloped corn:

Put corn in buttered baking dish. Combine eggs, crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and pimento. Pour over corn; dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
