- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- cooked chicken - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- slices bread - 15 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- broth
- jar chicken gravy - 1 item
How to make scalloped chicken:
Cook chicken (save broth). Beat 3 eggs. Add 3 1/2 cups broth and 15 slices of bread. Saute together chopped onion, chopped celery and butter. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Turkey.
