Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 tsp
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- chicken, cooked and cut up - 1 item
- broth, thickened with flour - 1 qt
- bread, cut in small pieces
How to make scalloped chicken:
Mix bread, oleo, salt and onion. Add chicken. Put in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Pour gravy over it. Bake for 35 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Turkey.
