Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- fryer - 1 item
- corn bread - 1 c
- loaf bread, crumbled
- Take off bone to make 2 cups
How to make scalloped chicken:
Cook the fryer. Take off bone to make 2 cups.White Sauce: chicken broth1 can cream of chicken soup Corn Bread:2 c. loaf bread, crumbled1 c. corn bread3 hard-boiled eggs3/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning1/2 c. chopped celery1/4 c. onion Pour stock over crumbs. Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, diced onion, celery and eggs. Mix well and place in baking dish. Put 1 cup of the white sauce. Alternate until all sauce is used up.
