Sauteed zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- zucchini, sliced - 1 lb
- dried whole thyme - 1/2 tsp
How to make sauteed zucchini:
Saute onions in hot oil until tender. Add next 5 ingredients. Cook over low heat 7 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
