- butter - 4 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 4 Tbsp
- firm ripe bananas - 4 item
How to make sauteed bananas:
Melt the butter in a skillet. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes, turning once. Remove to a dish and spoon the butter from the pan over them. Sift the confectioners sugar on top.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Bananas.
