Sauteed asparagus
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- slices bacon - 4 item
- asparagus, slant cut
How to make sauteed asparagus:
Fry bacon; drain and break into bits. Parboil asparagus 2 to 4 minutes. Cool immediately in cold water. Then stir-fry in bacon grease. Add mixture of chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch.
