  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • grated cheese - 2 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • medium potatoes - 4 item

How to make potato casserole:

Using a microwave dish, melt butter. Add flour and stir in milk slowly. Cook on High 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until thick. Add cheese and garlic powder.

Fold sauce gently into potatoes and top with bread crumbs. Pour liquid oleo on top. Cover and microwave on High 7 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
