Sausage stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- minced garlic - 1 tsp
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- large fresh mushrooms
How to make sausage stuffed mushrooms:
Rinse mushrooms in cold water and pat dry. Remove stems. Chop stems and combine with sausage, garlic and parsley. Cook until sausage is browned, stirring occasionally. Drain. Stir in cheese, mixing well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
