Hot artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 oz
- chopped green onions optional - 1 item
How to make hot artichoke dip:
Mix all ingredients; spoon into a small ovenproof dish. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Makes 2 cups.Variations: Add 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or stir one 10 ounce package chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, into artichoke mixture. Bake as directed.
