Ingredients/Components
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- medium sweet red pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- cooked long grain rice - 3 c
- to 5 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- 4 oz - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
How to make sausage pie:
Place sausages on a rack in a baking pan; bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into 1-inch pieces; set aside. In a skillet, saute peppers in oil for 3 minutes.
