Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- green onions - 1/3 c
- can crab - 1 1/2
- shredded Swiss or Jack cheese - 8 oz
How to make crab quiche:
Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk and salt. Add crab, cheese and onions. Bake in a 9-inch pastry shell at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
