  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • small onion - 1/2 item
  • Worcestershire
  • smoked sausage - 1 lb
  • dash of celery salt - 1 item
  • uncooked rice Minute rice works best - 2 c

How to make sausage jambalaya:

Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients in large skillet or Dutch oven. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 25 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
