Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion - 1/2 item
- Worcestershire
- smoked sausage - 1 lb
- dash of celery salt - 1 item
- uncooked rice Minute rice works best - 2 c
How to make sausage jambalaya:
Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients in large skillet or Dutch oven. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 25 minutes, or until rice is cooked.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
