  • juice of 3 lemons
  • bottle ketchup - 1 oz
  • tomatoes - 3 cans
  • onions - 5 lb
  • cans corn - 3 item
  • hot sauce optional - 1 item
  • pork - 5 lb
  • hen or 2 fryers - 5 lb
  • cans peas optional - 3 item

How to make brunswick stew:

Pressure cook and bone meat. Cook onions and potatoes until tender. Grind all together. Heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil. This makes a big pot. (You can freeze it.)
