Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- potatoes - 5 lb
- juice of 3 lemons
- bottle ketchup - 1 oz
- tomatoes - 3 cans
- onions - 5 lb
- cans corn - 3 item
- hot sauce optional - 1 item
- pork - 5 lb
- hen or 2 fryers - 5 lb
- cans peas optional - 3 item
How to make brunswick stew:
Pressure cook and bone meat. Cook onions and potatoes until tender. Grind all together. Heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil. This makes a big pot. (You can freeze it.)Recipe categories: Main dish, Whole chicken, Stew.
