Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- cans minced clams - 2 item
- medium onion, minced - 1 item
- melted butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- American cheese squares, cut into triangles - 1 item
How to make clam pie:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix and pour into 9-inch pie pan. Arrange cheese on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Romano cheeses on top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Clams.
